Daily Schedule

As a day school, cadets report each morning in Marine Corps uniform for formation and inspection. The structured school day integrates academic classes with Marine Corps Junior ROTC leadership training, drill practice, and physical fitness. After-school activities include competitive drill teams, Raider teams, marksmanship, and community service. The Marine Corps values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment guide daily conduct and cadet interactions.

Discipline Model

The MCJROTC program operates under Marine Corps standards adapted for a public school setting. Cadets follow a chain of command structure with student leadership positions including Battalion Commander, Company Commanders, Platoon Sergeants, and Squad Leaders. Uniform inspections, drill evaluations, and conduct grades reinforce personal accountability. The system develops peer leadership while maintaining the discipline and bearing expected of those who wear the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.
